By accessing or using UTM Sourcery (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by [Your Legal Entity Name] (“we,” “our,” “us”).

UTM Sourcery is a web-based tool and Chrome extension for building, managing, and governing UTM campaign parameters. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access another user's account or workspace without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use automated methods to create accounts or generate excessive load
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
5. Your Data
Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including UTM links, parameter values, templates, and workspace configurations.
License to us
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Export
You may export your data at any time through the workspace settings. We provide CSV export for links and parameters, and JSON export for workspace settings. Data export is available on all plans including Free.
Portability
If you choose to stop using UTM Sourcery, your data is yours to take. We do not hold your data hostage or make export unreasonably difficult.
6. Payment and Billing
Free tier
The free tier is provided at no cost with no time limit. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the free tier with reasonable notice.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Prices are in US dollars. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice — existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing period.
Trials
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to subscribe or your account will revert to the free tier. No automatic charges.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 30 days, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account reverts to the free tier — your data is not deleted.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep UTM Sourcery available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by [Your Legal Entity Name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google OAuth, Bitly, Rebrandly, Stripe, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UTM Sourcery and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer, and Indemnification) shall survive.
