Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
- Workspace data: UTM links you create, parameter values, templates, governance rules, and team member information you add to your workspaces.
- Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive your billing name, address, and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.
- Communications: Emails you send to our support address.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service. We use this to improve the product.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Information we do NOT collect

- Browsing history: Our Chrome extension does not track your browsing. It only accesses the URL of the active tab when you open the extension, with the
activeTabpermission.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We use row-level security to ensure workspace data is only accessible to authorized members. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained while your account is active.
- Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Workspace data is retained if other members remain in the workspace.
- Audit data: CSV uploads processed without an account are not stored. They are analyzed in memory and discarded after the response is returned.
- Free tier accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be flagged for deletion. We will email you before taking any action.
